Michael Enzenauer started an independent consultancy with a focus on media, media investment and digitization in 2010. His in-depth expertise comes from many years of management experience at international agencies investing in brand communication and media performance of leading companies*. He has spent nearly 20 years in the Publicis Group, the last nine years as CEO of the media agency Optimedia and as managing director in the group (today Publicis Media). In this capacity, he worked closely with advertisers and publishers, and knows the perspectives of all market participants. Today, he helps advertisers and media, including agencies, lawyers and other market participants, to optimize their investment or revenue, their organization, and help them change perspective to make clear and effective decisions.
Since 2016 he has been teaching at the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf, and teaches the eEntrepreneurship module at the Department of Economics. Here, students develop business plans for start-up ideas.

Stefan J. Gaul, founder of Gaul Company and cooperation partner effisma Group, is a specialist in the path to the digital future. Stefan J. Gaul has management and consulting experience with various emphases in the development of automotive sales processes for the German and European market. He is an experienced digital manager with overall business thinking. His areas of specialization include internet sales strategies, lead management and business development center concepts, as well as all related areas of e-commerce. He is a charismatic personality with excellent communication and facilitation skills. His in-depth experience in business development and change processes enables him to successfully implement strategies.
Prof. dr. Olexiy khabyuk
Prof. Dr. (UFU Munich) Olexiy Khabyuk is responsible for teaching in the field of Business Administration, in Particular Communication and Multimedia. His research focuses on business models in the TIME sectors (in particular their economic and social impact, the development of new media types and advertising models and their impact on advertising), the development of communications professions and the digital transformation of public media.
Current main topic is e.g. voice controls (Alexa etc.) and its effects on brands and media.
Klaus-Peter Schulz is regarded as a connoisseur of the media industry, and has worked on agency, corporate and publisher side. He studied political scientist and started his career at the Hamburg based advertising agency Lintas, but changed to the media sister Initiative soon. In his function as Managing Director of Media 1, the sales subsidiary of the private broadcaster Sat.1, he accompanied the merger of the sales units within the ProSiebenSat.1 Group into SevenOne Media, which he also managed as Managing Director after the merger. In 2001 he moved to the agency group Omnicom, where he led the media agency OMD for five years and finally in 2007 as CEO in the holding BBDO Germany. After returning to ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG as Board Member for Sales & Services, Klaus-Peter Schulz took the step into becoming a freelance business consultant for media and communications with a focus on sales, marketing, market analysis and forecasts. Since mid-2015 he even is the managing director and spokesman of the german Media Agencies Association OMG.
Guido F. Weiler
Specialist Lawyer for
Guido-Friedrich Weiler is considered an expert in the field of corporate restructuring. After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying economics and law, he initially worked as an authorized signatory and manager in restructuring at one of the world's top four commercial accounting firms before becoming fully self-employed in 2006. As a specialist lawyer for employment law and specialist lawyer for insolvency law, he is in demand as a contact person for the media, such as Deutschlandfunk, Hannoversche Allgemeine, Staufenbiel Institut and others.
Guido-Friedrich Weiler has extensive experience in the handling of media companies, to which in addition to numerous printing companies and publishers, u.a. one of the largest publishers in Germany and a manufacturer of photographic films and laboratory equipment. If no redevelopment is possible, he supports managing directors in filing the insolvency application, as most recently with a well-known company for ticketing and candidate casting in Cologne.
Lawyer Weiler teaches the subjects of insolvency law and labor law at various universities and continues training specialist lawyers in the aforementioned subjects. In addition to the drafting of insolvency plan proceedings, Guido-Friedrich Weiler is also active interim as managing director in the concrete practical implementation, most recently in the takeover of EAS Germany GmbH and GAIA Akkumulatorenwerke GmbH by the largest battery manufacturer in Europe. Incidentally, he is active on the Board of Trustees of SAVE-Wildlife Conservation Fund Foundation.
Enzenauer Consulting maintains various cooperations and partnerships with companies from disciplines like e.g. radio (analog and digital), Internet (sales-oriented systems), technology (focus on backends and frontends), research, sales. The common nucleus: media management, media and digital systems.
For international media requirements, there are cooperations with independent consulting companies in various countries, in Europe and beyond. For international requirements, a competence team of professionals with comparable experience and history can be generated at short notice.
Since 2016, there is a formal cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences HSD, in which Michael Enzenauer also works as a lecturer. Here, both individual research approaches and a student consultancy offer - together with Prof. Dr. med. Olexiy Khabyuk.
